modernising integration to connect multiple systems with clarity

afl groep

AFL Groep, a Dutch real estate and construction company, was running multiple disconnected systems across finance, project management, and partner portals. Sinsou introduced a scalable iPaaS framework that replaced fragile manual connections with automated data flows, improving visibility, reducing errors, and creating a solid foundation for future growth.

the challenge

FL Groep is a Dutch real estate and construction company that manages and develops residential and commercial properties. The organisation was running multiple disconnected systems, including an ERP for finance, various project management tools, and external partner portals. Data was being exchanged manually or through fragile point-to-point connections, which caused frequent delays, inconsistencies, and a lack of visibility across business units. The leadership team needed an integration framework that could standardise data flows, reduce manual work, and create a reliable foundation for future digitalisation.

sinsou’s approach

Jesse Buitenhuis and the sinsou team approached the project by reframing it as a platform challenge. Instead of patching individual connections, we implemented an iPaaS-driven architecture designed for scalability and transparency. The new integration layer linked AFL’s ERP, project management software, and external partner systems into a unified ecosystem. The framework offered real-time monitoring and error handling, and it empowered AFL’s internal teams with clear control over data flows.

sinsou (formerly Inteqrate) helps us to set up (and optimise) multiple integrations via the Alumio Platform. In addition to implementation, they also trained us so that we can now do this (partly) ourselves. We find sinsou to be a very flexible, hands-on organisation with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in integrations and the Alumio platform. They really stand out in terms of the speed with which they deliver, respond, and their pleasant, direct contact.

why sinsou

Sinsou brings mastery to complex integration challenges. For AFL Groep this meant moving away from fragile, fragmented connections and into a clear, resilient, and scalable platform. Our focus is always on speed, clarity, and leaving clients in control of their technology.
