the challenge

Jachensen is a Dutch online retailer specialising in plus-size men’s fashion. The company wanted to scale its ecommerce operations but faced challenges connecting its webshop with the ERP system that handled stock, pricing, and order fulfilment. Manual processes and inconsistent data transfers led to errors in stock updates, delayed order processing, and poor visibility across systems. Jachensen needed a centralised integration framework that would bring consistency and speed to its operations.

sinsou’s approach

Led by Jesse Buitenhuis, sinsou approached the challenge with an iPaaS-driven architecture. Instead of relying on direct connections between the webshop and ERP, we designed a centralised integration layer that automated data flows. This ensured accurate stock synchronisation, consistent pricing updates, and smooth order processing. By adding monitoring and error-handling capabilities, the internal team at Jachensen gained full control over their system without having to rely on external support.

sinsou (formerly Inteqrate) helps us to set up (and optimise) multiple integrations via the Alumio Platform. In addition to implementation, they also trained us so that we can now do this (partly) ourselves. We find sinsou to be a very flexible, hands-on organisation with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in integrations and the Alumio platform. They really stand out in terms of the speed with which they deliver, respond, and their pleasant, direct contact.
