Case Study

unifying a fragmented IT landscape with scalable integration

morssinkhof groep

Morssinkhof Groep, a Dutch family of companies active in civil engineering, paving, and garden products, struggled with a fragmented application landscape. Sinsou introduced a centralised iPaaS framework that created full visibility, sped up integration delivery, and prepared the business for future digital expansion.

the challenge

Morssinkhof Groep is a family of companies including Morssinkhof Infra, Brinkman Brick Center, and Tuinvisie, specialising in concrete civil engineering, decorative paving, and garden hardware across the Netherlands. The business faced a fragmented application landscape. Multiple systems were loosely connected with vendor-specific tools which created opaque workflows, limited data visibility, and slow incident response. The team needed a single integration framework that would centralise data flows, reduce friction, and support sustainable growth.

sinsou’s approach

Led by Jesse Buitenhuis, sinsou reframed the challenge as a platform design exercise rather than a collection of point-to-point fixes. We introduced an iPaaS-driven architecture with API-first connectors and centralised orchestration. This approach gave Morssinkhof agility, visibility, and scalability. Using prebuilt integration layers, we connected Dynamics 365 F and O, Shopware, SRC (PIM/MDM), and Smart Stone (sector-specific software). The setup enabled both technical and non-technical users to manage orchestration and monitoring with confidence.

Manager Business Systems & Data

sinsou (formerly Inteqrate) helps us to set up (and optimise) multiple integrations via the Alumio Platform. In addition to implementation, they also trained us so that we can now do this (partly) ourselves. We find sinsou to be a very flexible, hands-on organisation with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in integrations and the Alumio platform. They really stand out in terms of the speed with which they deliver, respond, and their pleasant, direct contact.

why sinsou

sinsou specialises in bringing clarity, speed, and control to complex integration landscapes. For Morssinkhof Groep this meant moving from a fragile and opaque system to a transparent, scalable platform that will support future growth. Our role is not just to implement but to simplify, empower, and leave clients in control of their own systems.
