scaling global trade with disciplined integration

B&S International

B&S International operates high-volume trading workflows across multiple brands, regions, and systems. As scale increased, fragmented integrations introduced risk and limited visibility. Sinsou delivered a disciplined, iPaaS-driven integration framework that improved reliability, standardised orchestration, and gave the organisation full control over its international data flows.

reduced risk at scale

reduced external dependency

moved e-commerce integration management in-house through a single, scalable integration layer

clear system visibility

gained real-time insight into integration behaviour and data movement across channels

future-ready architecture

established a foundation that supports scale, change, and new channels without friction

high-volume change speed

handles millions of daily data changes quickly and reliably across channels

the challenge

B&S International is a global trading organisation managing complex data flows between ERP, ecommerce, logistics, and partner systems. At this scale, speed, accuracy, and reliability are critical to daily operations.

As the organisation expanded internationally, its integration landscape became increasingly fragile. Before the new integration approach, B&S relied on an external party to manage parts of its e-commerce integration. This limited flexibility, slowed response to change, and made scaling more complex. The priority was to regain control and support growth without increasing operational overhead. The business needed a way to scale without compounding complexity.

sinsou’s approach

sinsou treated the challenge as an integration architecture problem rather than a tooling exercise. The objective was to introduce discipline, observability, and long-term control at the orchestration layer. The focus was to reduce dependency on externally managed integration and give internal teams direct control over orchestration and change.

We designed a centralised integration framework using an iPaaS approach. This created a single layer responsible for routing, transformation, monitoring, and error handling across all connected systems. Data flows were standardised, logic was centralised, and visibility was built in from the start. This allowed B&S International to evolve its system landscape safely while maintaining stability under load.

global scale full control

  • over 4 million daily updates managed
    across pricing and data changes
  • faster delivery of change
with updates completed in days rather than weeks
  • lower operational risk
through centralised orchestration and consistent integration behaviour
  • faster issue resolution
enabled by real-time monitoring and clearer data flows
  • scalable integration control
supporting international growth without added complexity

sinsou (formerly Inteqrate) helps us to set up (and optimise) multiple integrations via the Alumio Platform. In addition to implementation, they also trained us so that we can now do this (partly) ourselves. We find sinsou to be a very flexible, hands-on organisation with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in integrations and the Alumio platform. They really stand out in terms of the speed with which they deliver, respond, and their pleasant, direct contact.

why sinsou

Sinsou specialises in integration discipline for complex, high-volume environments. For B&S International, this meant replacing fragile connections with a structured, observable, and scalable integration architecture. Our black belt consultants focus on clarity, control, and resilience, ensuring integrations support growth rather than constrain it.
